Refactor cockpit visual tests

On this ticket the following items were done:

  • cockpit.tests.visual.js Rename the fixtures with "Cockpit_" at the beginning to know which webapp each test is, this can be added to the previous webapps (Welcome, Tasklist..) too. And also updated the tests to use there respectectives PO files and methods.

  • New Base images since the change of name at the fixture and tests level.
