Refactor batch operations e2e tests

On this ticket the following items were done:

batch-operations.spec.js better structured tests using PO model.
batch-operations-page.js restructured the methods/locators/actions
cockpit.tests.visual.js visual test to validate user can add a filter on the batch operation page.
