Migrate Protactor tests into TestCafe - Move Tasklist tests into TestCafe

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

All Tasklist tests that are running on Protactor are move to TestCafe framework and refactor all test cases to use POM.

Tests are located under frontend/test/e2e/tasklist
