Test fails when running in different timezone than CET

When executing mvn clean install, the following error occurs:

This is bacause that the time format which is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss z contains timezone and will be changed according to the running hosts. However, the expected value of the assert fixes the timezone with CET.
