External tasks

There doesn't appear to be any service class for /external-task/, or am I missing something? If someone can confirm that this is missing, I am happy to do the work and make a PR.

Actually, looks like this fork has already done the hard work https://github.com/kushalhalder/camunda-bpm-php-sdk - might be worth considering a PR?

Hey Victor, that fork I mentioned earlier in this thread has an implementation of external tasks.
