Notifications are bogus on android 11

Hello,

On Android 11, going to "settings" -> "notifications" gives a "parameters is stopping all the time". When the notifications are supposed to be "blocked", there is only a notification in the lockscreen, no noitification in the notification bar. This means, polite will block everything unless it is desactivated from the lockscreen. This behaviour has been observed on a Moto G30 with android 11.
