DK-BL Support
EzGraver 3.2 & 4.0 beta does not seem to work with the newer DK-BL (bluetooth) model. It will connect, but will not respond to any commands after uploading image to DK-BL. I've confirmed this on both Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64 using protocols 1, 2 & 3. The NEJE app works fine on the Windows machine. Any help would be appreciated.
The author is working at the version3 support (see ticket #34). Currently the image transfer doesn't yet work. But there is some progress and hope that it will be done.
May I ask/confirm that the other commands, i.e., the movement commands are working (prior image upload)? Or is it completely incompatible?
Hi! Commands that work with protocol v3 (before any upload attempt) : «Up», «Down», «Left», «Right», «Reset». «Preview» draws maximale working area but can't be stopped untill «Reset». According to the led blinking, «Upload» seems to transmit data during about 3 seconds but after that, other commands stop working and engraver have to be restarted using ON/OFF button.
Tested with Kubuntu 17.10, thank you for your work.
I can't get the NEJE V3.6 software to open in Windows 7. Installed, re-installed several times. Won't open. Any ideas? This is for a NEJE Micro Engraving Machine DK-BL.
Same on my device - nothing seems to work except upload on protocol v2 but it gives a corrupted image on burning - might be as device image size is 550x550 but not usual 512x512
DK-BL, i have recently bought the NEJE MINI ENGRAVER. I went thru hell trying get it loaded and finally did. I keep hitting hurdles, and i cant find a SUPPORT tab, or an EMAIL,or any HELP whatsoever. i've used the test cards bk n front ive done the face.. the RIGHT SIDE is FAINT her nose line doesnt even 'print' and her eye is very faint, but the left eye is darker.So i refocused the laser dot til it was tiny but clear. I pumped up the time from 22 thru to 55 did the butterfly and its more SMUDGE that ENGRAVE,and theres a stripe on each side where the 'pattern' has been missed. Ive tried a photo but u can barely make it out. I'm going out of my mind trying get it setup. I'm disabled, alone and no transport, so i was hoping this engraver would give me a new hobby to get stuck into. Illness makes me forgetful, so my reading writing ect is history.So i'd appreciate either a contact helpline/email or if anyone here knows why it is so much lighter on the right than the left? plz
Same issues as everyone else. NEJE-BL v5.0 board,
In V3: home and center keys do nothing, but move up down left right work fine. Image upload finishes far too fast to have actualy uploaded the image into EEPROM.
in v2: image upload takes a realistic amount of time to upload something. none of the navigation keys work. imag upload initiates some actions that pulses the laser and bottome axis in a fixed point, but no burning happens
in v1. no nav keys work, after a realistic image upload time, nothing happens.
other notes: only when v3 is selected, does not having an actual port selected throw an error.
