Misleading Information & action in Anti-Malware. Disable notifying internal senders of malware detection

There is the same problem for "Disable notifying internal senders of malware detection" as for "Disable notifying external senders of malware detection" (bug #163).

If not mistaken, as the other this parameters is only to notify admin / security.
