chore_: extract message count from logs

This commits extents the script for extracting logs to add the count of messages retrieved from store nodes, those that matched filters/did not, and the count of live messages

Add timeout to call rpc endpoint

We can now pass a timeout to the rpc description and that will be passed on by the client. I left a couple of logs useful for the testing phase.
