Footer section issue implemented #708

Summary

This pull request introduces a new design for the footer section. As well as a function that updates the copyright to the present year whenever the page loads.

Motivation

The motivation behind this change is to improve user navigation and accessibility on the website.

Testing

Testing has been conducted to ensure the footer user interface doesn't break on a wide range of screen resolutions.

Questions

I would like to know if the project has all links I included available, such as the social media links. Feedback on UI improvement would also be appreciated.
