Workbench.html page options UI needs improvement

Describe the bug The UI options on the Workbench HTML page do not display properly when the viewport width is at its maximum of 680px.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Workbench HTML page. Adjust the viewport width to the maximum of 680px. Observe the layout of the UI options. Expected behavior The UI options should be properly aligned and displayed within the viewport at the maximum width of 680px without any overlapping or cutoff.
