GIF Map Previews

Looking for some map preview GIFs to add to the bot assets. These GIFs will be shown for their respective map within the mdraft embed when the map is decided (as opposed to the image thumbnails).

I'm thinking 8-10 second with some panning around the different parts of the map.

Should test load times in examples as that should dictate how long we make the GIFs.
