/snapshot when there's no webcam

Running /snapshot when there is no webcam plugged in results in the bot being in a "frozen" state where it no longer responds to commands and needs restarted. Might be due to me normally having one plugged into the pi but not at the moment.

Haha, that's definitely an interesting edge case. I'll have to look into it.
