unable to stream data

Hi,

I am unable to stream any data using the alpaca proxy agent. I am attempting to subscribe to a single channel "AAPL" for Quotes.

I have included a screenshot below of the error from the Proxy agent logs.

I have tried multiple different api credentials both paper/live and still no luck.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
