FeatureRequest: Option to Exclude Pages from Analysis

Rendering a pdf preview is super handy for quick selection of tables within a page. Thank you for that functionality.

In addition, the preview could also be utilized to allow for quick selection of pages for further processing within a huge document. (There are some documents with 50+ pages which contain tables on most pages with few exceptions.)

When leaving an uploaded page untouched (that is, not selecting any sub-region), excalibur attempts to process that page as if it contained a table - even when it doesn't.

Feature Request After uploading all pages, I'd be quite nice to select a subset of pages and thereby exclude them from further processing.

You could additionally provide an option to exclude all pages which do not contain any "table area" at once, (allowing to include those pages again by selecting a "table area" manually afterwards.)
