[MRG]Improve test coverage

Added test to check if the error message is displayed accurately when an unsupported URL that doesn't have a pdf content is passed.

As camelot is dead, we try to build a maintained fork at pypdf_table_extraction.

Do you want to open the PR against that branch so that we can merge your improvement?

Many of these tests appear to be in the current codebase. Closing as resolved.
