How to pass table_regions and table_areas in case of rotated table?

In rotated table camelot rotates the table itself. The coordinates passed in read_pdf (table_areas) are applied after rotation which causes wrong area to be passed.

That's not supported yet but it would be a useful enhancement. Would you like to work on it and submit a PR?
