Add unit tests to ensure that EndpointRouteBuilder is fully supported

To ensure that the feature described in https://github.com/camel-tooling/camel-idea-plugin/issues/941 is fully covered/implemented, we would like to add unit tests and fix the code if needed.

@ammachado there is no pressure on it, it could wait one week or two. For now, I'm just wondering if you were interested in doing the second part of the task #941 since you worked on the first part?

I have done some testing here, and couldn't figure out yet how to fix this. Maybe @essobedo can take a look at this?
