[Feature Request] Subreddit Recognition tool is required for reddit agent.

Motivation

When conducting Webarena evaluations on Reddit, I found that almost all tasks require operations related to a specific subreddit/forum, which may be expressed using fuzzy naming. Currently, we have no support for such recognition.

Solution

Add a new tool named locate_subbreddit in RedditToolkit.
