[Feature Request] Operate multiple tabs simultaneously with Browser Toolkit

Motivation

Tab screenshot and other information need to be labeled with indices. The function tool needs to be able to take as input indices of tabs.

@lightaime , Can you explain the difference between this multi-tab and the current multi-browser implementation? What kind of task can only be done by multi-tab?

And multi-tab could be problematic for keyboard/clipboard signal parallel processing, since these signal are passed in browser context, if we do parallel in multi-tab level they would be conflicted
