[Feature Request] Remove pytorch dependency and have camel_ai min which only supports API calls

Motivation

When deploying my server that depends on camel ai, I need to download cuda and pytorch which is huge. I need a lightweight version that does not require those libraries which will reduce my deploy time from 30mins to 5-10 mins.

Solution

Have a version that is camel_ai_light or something that do not require pytorch and huggingface and so on. I just need to have API use.
