customizable default value for minimal-line-distance

The default value of 'minimal-line-distance is now customizable. If you don't like "10" as default, you don't need to give a prefix argument every time. Also eases binding 'goto-last-change-with-auto-marks to a key: A lambda-construct used to break it's functionaltity
