Allow the user to select arbitrary times, not just every three hours. I even altered the URL https://earth.nullschool.net/#2017/07/30/0333Z/wind/surface/level/orthographic=120.87,24.18,3000 but there I still just see "Date | 2017-07-30 03:00 UTC ⇄ Local".
