Feature: Find global extreme values

It would be nice to be able to mark and center the view on local extremes in the overlay.

Example:

• You are looking at temperature data.
• There are min/max buttons on the control panel.
• Pressing the min button marks the spot with the lowest temperature on the globe and centers the view on it.

This could apply to all of the overlays.

@OlaRune Do you able to find the temperature folder for finding the temperature based on the location. I am executing this github project on window 10 localhost and it has limited functionality of wind and its speed only.
