Multiple footnote entries without dismissing modal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Referring to #23, the user brings up a good point about multiple entry creations in one session. We do not want to have to open the modal over and over again in the same creation session.

Describe the solution you'd like Multiple solutions possible. ie create a button below "Save changes" called "Save Changes and Create Another" (work on wording) that allows the user to create more than one entry.
