Custom accent color

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The default maroon accent color looks nice in light mode but the contrast doesn't feel right in dark mode.

Describe the solution you'd like We can have a custom app wide accent color option in the settings. This will help users personalize their experience and fix the light/dark mode visibilty problem. We can have seperate colors for light/dark mode as well and switch between them according the the environment color scheme variable.

Additional context For iOS14 devices, we can make use of the new native SwiftUI color picker. For iOS13 devices, the color picker component used in the inage creation view would work fine.
