Better version check for .NET framework.

aaronmcc11 wrote 2010-09-17 at 21:33 I was running .net 1.1. I just downloaded .net 4 and restarted. I open the installer and get a .NET framework initialization error: "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application." Does the installer need a 3.x version of .NET or is it possibly something else?
