Disappearing audio track selector

When using a custom manifest providing HLS segmented playlists for video sources in multiple resolutions and separated audioTracks streams, the audio track selector disappears from the player controls when you switch resolutions.

I don't think the functionality to enable independent selection of audio and video tracks ever landed in core, so this issue is probably misplaced for the moment.
