FEATURE REQUEST : Add playback speed option for some sources

Description of the Problem

• When watching youtube videos at 2x speed with my friends who suffer from severe ADHD, the server timer is not in sync with the videos
• So it would be nice to have an option in the UI to force the speed of the embedded youtube player (using the youtube API : https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference#setPlaybackRate) and make the server time match the video
• And also have that option be extended to the custom media playback, if possible
