Show user chatonly state [enhancement]
People often want to show a particular video to another person who is active in chat. Instead of having to ask each time whether that person is in chatonly or not, it would be vastly beneficial if there was a small icon next to that user name indicating this. This is also relevant to voteskips and general participation in a room.
This is not a bad idea in itself, but I don't think I want to add more icons next to names. It gets cluttered when there's more than one icon at a time (for example, afk + leader). I guess I could add it next to the name in chat instead.

This would be useful for a more accurate voteskip ratio as well. I'll look into implementing the state/data for this. I'm not sure about what to do for the indicators either though. Maybe make the data available for channel script usage but leave it out of the core/vanilla UI callbacks?
