Chocolatey package for Consul.

This package installs Consul as a service, using NSSM as the service wrapper.

Updating the package

• Fork the repository.
• Create a new branch with the version number as the branch name.
• Update version references and commit the changes.
• Open a pull request to merge the branch with this repository's master branch
