Drawer button not clickable on mobile devices

I'm unable to click the drawer button and the title in the upper left corner (both don't respond as if there was no link) on all my mobile devices:

• iPhone 5S (iOS 10.1.1)
• iPod touch 6 (iOS 10.1.1)
• iPad mini 2 (iOS 10.1)

Tested with Safari and iCab Mobile.

Is this only some iOS problem? Would be great if an Android user could test it, too.

Yep, I can confirm that my iPad Air has the same bug on iOS 9.

I had only tested extensively with a desktop and Android in mind. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'll try fixing this as soon as I can.
