Re-sync chapter list after corrupted update

I updated one of my current "Novel Updates" books (individually) in the app, but the app added random chapters from an unrelated book.

Not sure where it came from since the page on novelUpdates itself is correct, but I feel it would fix itself if the local copy was forcibly re-synced. How can I do this? (Or delete that book from my app entirely so I can re-add it back in)

Reproducible? No, only occurred on two books that I updated. App is on the latest version at the time of this bug occuring.
