Alt-clicking the last item sometimes doesn't delete it.

Tests performed:

• Alt-click a random terrain; it's replaced with "Unused terrain"
• Alt-click the last terrain in the list; it's removed
• Alt-click a random monster; it's replaced with "Unused Monster"
• Alt-click the last monster in the list; it's removed
• Alt-click a random item; it's replaced with "Unused Item"
• Alt-click the last item in the list; this doesn't seem to work for some reason. It's replaced with "Unused Item" instead of being removed. However, if I add new items by clicking "Create New Item", alt-clicking the last item works... until the original last one is once more the last, then it stops working again.

With that in mind, I'll keep this open for now.
