Add support/donation links

Describe the ways you can support this project by adding the paypal.me and patreon links in the options menu

Hi. Is your Paypal disabled to receive funds with the "family and friends" method? Because it seems not possible to switch. In this case, if I send you a few bucks, they will keep a commission. I wanted to avoid this. I'm not buying anything, It's a donation. I don't want PayPal to keep part of the donation for you.
