Pretrained weights for Resnet34

Thanks for this repo, much appreciated. I was wondering if you have trained your Resnet34 model with imagenet? I was looking to start my training from imagenet weights.

I also want to thank for the repo. I think if the pre-trained models were available to download it would be really helpful.

@AFAgarap I understand that this repository is for TF1 and the models are different.
