How to load pretrained model in your project?

Hi, I want use Inceptionv3 in my network, but i only want use some layers in Inceptionv3. I was trying to use tensorflow_hub to load model , but it can not choose the layers that i want to use. And I have no ideal how to figure out this problem. So do you have any ideal about this?
