Improve ease to add low level menus

Hey @sekmenhuseyin,

Exciting to see Cogworks are using Meganav 😎

I can see why the current behaviour is a little frustrating, it might be a bug in the Angular UI Tree library Meganav uses.

We are having some discussions over on #15 about how we can improve the keyboard navigation of the editor, including for moving position of items. If you have any ideas please chip in!

I'd be very happy to accept a PR if you have a fix for this, otherwise any ideas how we can improve it?

How interesting that the angular ui tree has stopped active development for 4+ years and I've noticed it now
