Ability to bulk add, or add children

When building a menu, it would be really cool if you could have a button that said "add children", or add multiple nodes at once (I think the add children option is more realistic).

This would, when you add your content node related menu item, also add all the children of that content node as menu nodes. These could automatically be set to a level higher (my numerical value) than the node you've added. So they are children of the original node.

It may be easier/quicker to remove a couple of nodes, than add a dozen nodes if you want most of the children in the menu.

Thanks for raising these ideas @NikRimington! I definitely think this would help make it quicker and easier to build navigations.

Of course a change of this size needs some consideration. I'd like to tie this in with some other UX enhancements I have planned, and wireframe everything accordingly.

This will happen in a future major release.
