[Request] Add --nogui to start on windows

It would be great to have the ability to not have to use the bad native gui for running the server on windows. I don't know how possible this would be but I'd love to have the option to disable the gui and use the server like I do on any of my linux servers.

if somebody is willing to create a replacement, i think this would be a good improvement. the current windows console lacks auto-completion and is prone to lags as printing can take a very long time.
