You cannot use an item ID 7247

There are some fix till 2014 but still buggy. 1920(ally) 1960(horde) also both quests are buggy.

I already used this fix but they don't work =( , there is an item problem code 7247 everything else works fine

No, Item is fine but SAI is buggy. NPCs don't use there aura spell(stun) at 1% HP. Item 7247 can use to near npcs that have aura(stun 30 sec).

Here. use kldxzzhc2 's fix as .cpp. but its a little hack :) but his code works properly.
