LLM: Laser stops working sometimes

Reported by several people in Discord: Lasers simply stop rendering for some players under some conditions.

unfortunately the modular lasers can't be fixed by simply cranking up the particle limit, even at 10x what it was it just stops working right in some rooms

No idea what could be causing this, I thought it was just particle limits but seems something else may be the problem. Notably I've never seen this happen, so I'm wondering if it's an MP-specific issue.
