Flare (and glowstick?) bugs since last change.

I stumbled across an odd bug with the flares in UaS. I exited the level while I still had a flare lit, and then on the next stage, any flares I tried to activate just vanished out of my inventory.

i had a simliar bug with the UaS flares, if they fizzle out while you're just holding it, all the other ones you try to use just end up dead instantly maybe there's a counter not being reset properly somewhere in the flare's code as long as you make sure to drop them before they go out, they work fine might be related to the fact activated flares are still technically part of the player's inventory the invcount doesn't go down until you actually throw it
