Env variables are not being populated as expected

Describe the bug

Hello, as you can see in the screenshot, I am setting up env variable INPUT_IGNOREPATHS to the value I would like to have for the ignorePaths configuration value. As per here . However, the value is not correctly reflected and I am getting the error in the screenshot.

I think I know why. I am exposing the env variable on the gh runner not inside the docker.
