load a default rack when state file cannot be found

Hello,

I would like to load a default rack state when the state file cannot be found:

calfjackhost --client calf_fx_for_vocal mono ! eq5 ! compressor ! eq5 ! reverb ! vintagedelay ! analyzer --state session.state

Currently, if the state file could not be found, the calfjackhost is loaded empty.
