Calf vintage delay does not implement time extension

I noticed that calf vintage delay was unable to get the jack timebase master BPM from synthpod, first i took this up with the synthpod maintainer here: https://github.com/OpenMusicKontrollers/synthpod/issues/48

He explained to me that this should probably be fixed in the calf plugin.
