Reduce duplication in documentation site

See title, I just figured out how to include things like the readme in the docs site without duplication. See example here: https://github.com/eliotwrobson/CyNetDiff/blob/main/docs/index.md

I weirdly have no idea where this mkdocs functionality is documented, or why the syntax is like this.
