Feature request: auto play/stop

When there is at least one tiled or fullscreen window, xgifwallpaper stops automatically. And when not it automatically starts.

@root2185 I understand now, nice idea, but i'm unsure if this is possible in a reliable way, independent of X11-window managers.

It should be possible to detect overlapping top-level-windows, maybe even, if xgifwallpaper is fully hidden. But I would not know how to detect transparent areas of windows, for example.

For now, I could imagine this as an experimental option for a next version.
