I have not tried 2.23 yet, but since BESO modifies only few (ordinary) keywords in the inp file and reads few outputs from the dat file, which I expect not to change the structure, so I expect smooth work with newer Calcuilx versions. Perhaps it is more prone to malfunction in case of changes in FreeCAD if you use beso_fc_gui.py
