Have you converted some of these nastran examples to ccx? It would be nice to add more examples and compare. I'm sure Professor Kraska would not oppose adding more examples (via pull requests, of course) with the relevant benchmark models.

Hello, nastran verification examples are available in every nastran version of hexagon, previous msc and the other derivates by Siemens, Autodesk and others. So it is some work perhaps for students to convert this examples to abaqus and/or calculix for benchmarks.
There are also possible more of abaqus examples in a short way to calculix.
Older with more compatibility: https://classes.engineering.wustl.edu/2009/spring/mase5513/abaqus/docs/v6.6/books/ver/default.htm?startat=ami01.html
and new Abaqus 2022: https://docs.software.vt.edu/abaqusv2022/English/?show=SIMACAEEXARefMap/simaexa-c-ov.htm
But this is work, mostly for students with available abaqus academic version in learning FEA.
Thanks for pointing to the examples. Implementations are welcome. To fit in the example collection, they should have parametric geometry and meshing as well as automatic results extraction.
